"Our requirements were for a fully integrated HR and Payroll system widely used in College that had functions such as Employee and Manager Self service, SIR and reporting functions. After much market research and software demonstrations SfP become our product of choice.
SfP were very competitively priced, they have a very good market share in the FE sector and the software matched our requirements.
The implementation was excellent. We did not procure the software until December 2008, but managed to run the first Payroll in April 2009, including a General Ledger Interface. Our consultant worked very hard and was dedicated to getting the system up and running. Nothing was too much trouble.
Our immediate expectations was to achieve an accurate Payroll, this was achieved along with a substantial saving made from the identification of overpayments on the old Oracle system."

As the payroll module pulls information from the HR system, there is no duplication when information is input. The whole payroll process is much quicker and simpler.I find that the software does everything that I personally need it to do and it is a logical system to work with.
The helpline staff are excellent, and more importantly, are always the same people so you get to know who you are talking to. The consultants are also excellent, very helpful and patient and nothing was too much trouble when we were setting up HR and then Payroll. The workshops are great - the information is clear and helpful, but the information and ideas gained from other users is invaluable."
