SfP's HR solutions are entirely configurable, using three-tier client server architecture and fully integrated.
You can change almost anything in the system - from the cosmetic appearance of a screen and the validation rules on a field, to adding a new set of records for a complete new application.
A Screen Builder allows you to say what your screen should look like and which fields are in the database record. The new record type will automatically be created on the database, the data-entry system will allow you to enter data and the report generator will allow you to report on the new fields - all with no programming.
We currently support MS SQL Server 2005 and 2008 databases as well as full Internet/Intranet support and employee self service so employees can add and change details.
