SfP World Service Workshop on Salary Increments and Import/Export Tools
To help our clients make the best use of SfP World Service we offer a full day workshop which focuses on the processes and facilities available within World Service to implement increases in Salary Grades and Scales and Employees Salaries. It also covers how to make the best use of the Import and Export tools that World Service offers, which can be used to import data en-masse into SfP World Service from an external source such as a spreadsheet. The emphasis on the use of these tools will be focused on using them within a salary increments routine.
This workshop aims to provide clients with guidance in using SfP World Service to manage your employee data required for the SIR return and then production of your return file for submission to the LLUK. It aims to provide you with a better understanding of how to manage your SIR employee data and how to produce the SIR submission file with the minimum of effort. The knowledge gained will allow you to identify and implement a procedure for managing the data and reducing the amount of time that is spent on the production the submission file.
Letter Processing and Mail Merge
This workshop will guide clients through the facilities available in SfP World Service for the production of letters and other documents either singularly or en-masse. It explains how you can setup the required information and processes within SfP World Service. It also covers how to create the external templates and perform the Mail Merge process in both Microsoft Word 2000 and 2007 depending upon which is applicable to the delegates attending.
To help our clients make the best use of the Absence management facilities within SfP World Service there is a workshop available specifically dealing with Absence in SfP World Service. The course covers all aspects of Absence Management from how to record details of your employees’ absence through the visual Absence calendar, through to reviewing totals of absence for an employee in a month, quarter or year. It will also cover the annual leave management facilities available you within SfP World Service
