Course Overview
This course is designed to allow trainees to manage the setup and change of salaries within an organisation. Concentrating primarily on pay grades and scales, trainees will be able to add pay grades and scales to existing jobs, apply companywide salary increments and setup employees that have protected pay or individual arrangements.

After completing this course, trainees will be able to:
- Understand the Organisation Structure and the Impact of Change within SfP World Service
- Management of Pay Grades and Scales
- Applying Salary Increments
- Setup of Employees with Protected Pay/Grades
Pre-Requisites
It is recommended that trainees have completed both an 'Employee Administration' and 'Organisation Control' course.
